I have a strong link... But these people I know won't take money from anybody because they have plenty... So money is worthless for jobs like this.. Only scammer will take money from you.. So quite frankly.. I've asked the 2 star customs officers that are my friends and they have told me they aren't aware of any replacement going on... But as it stands, they might not know because they are only 2 stars... I've not asked my major contact yet because he's not around but will be back soon...

I'm not sure about the replacement for now... But I'm finding out... In a couple of days, I should have very solid info on when they would replace or if they are replacing currently..
