Stupidity at its peek! At times I wonder the mentality of some individuals. No matter the condition, there are safety measures to store gas in residential premises. I'm sure that has was stored under an indoor staircase or even in the living room while a stove was close.

Now the doer's action is now a calamity to others!

You're right.
We store PMS at home for different reasons
For car
For generators

If all is well, just drive your carnto the gas station and fill your tank

If all is well, you don't need fuel for generators cos constant power supply eliminates use of generators

The guy was very far.

It may even be another cause. In Nigeria, rumours get spread faster. Remember, were in dry season, something else may have triggered the inferno

Solution is to stand up against mismanagement of our natural resources which should made readily available at any point in time but since the followers are docile about ineffective of the government and thinking there are alternative to doing things right......so mr kolly bought and store fuel to avoid shortage.only that this tme, he got his house burnt .....still we hardly learn our lesson

Oh see my beloved country even in this age and time hoarding fuel in a residential apartment. What a shame, whoever keeps such a dangerous chemical in a home. This is where we still are due to bad, poor and visionless government that cannot learn from developed countries how they have overcome all this type of challenges.

Soon ASUU strike will start after doctors, then NLC, NUPENG etc, that's just the trend and nobody has been able to sit down and break that trend so sad indeed.
