Haven't heard of a cure for rabies yet so hope for the best

the dog might not be infected after all its not all d time mosquito bites u dat u av malaria. even if d dog is infected the symptoms develops up to 2 weeks to a month before destroying d dog. so I advice he starts d treatment immediately. if possible go and drop it at d vets shop so dat it doesn't bite anyone
