Some car dealer dude says he can get me a used Honda CR-V 2002 for between 1k7 and 2k dollars from the states. Is he stealing it or is this actually possible? If you're a car dealer in the States, please holler! Thanks, Writeress. |

E be like say over hold dey catch you. Friend, you have access to the internet. Search for this model of car with any zipcode in us, and I bet you will not see any 1997 model for that price, let alone a 2002. Them go chop your dollar! I bought my car and that of my wife from the states before I actually realised this NAIRALAND FORUM. Honestly, if I had known of Nairaland, I do not think I would have wasted all the time that we wasted. It was a good buy sha, but there is no significant difference in the price when compared to the ones we get here from nairaland, considering the time and stress. However, you can search for the car abroad yourself, and ask the assistance of the people you know there. put 1 and 1 together and determine whether to buy there or here. Good luck |

Writeress!: The short answer is NO!. It will even be tough (if not impossible) to get a 2000 for that price without anything wrong with it. If you want good thing, be ready to pay. Don't lose your money. |
