1. Cut some people out of your life:
This might sound harsh. The most confident people are very discerning when it comes to their friendships. Whether they don’t support you or belittle you in front of others, there are some people that just aren’t worth having around.

d. Friend(s) who are not proud of their lifestyle
e. Friend(s) whose values are inconsistent with yours
f. Friend(s) who suffer chronic addiction to gambling, smoking, betting, alcoholism; and aren't considering quitting.
