What Laws Protect Employees by Hunibuni: 6:26am On Jan 04, 2018
Dear nairalanders,
I need your advice. I've worked with this private company for 5years now.
They're owing salaries. I've given them 2weeks notice as should be and I have also asked to be paid my outstanding salaries but the boss refused outrightly.
This is a company I've put in my best. I'm not owing them.
They don't pay off when you resign. Presently I'm not owing them. But I intend to owe before I leave to the tune of what they owe.
Would I be breaching aby law? Are there any laws that favour me? Will it affect me in the future.
The thing is I feel pained and cheated.
