Your assumption is wrong. My old phone with 4000mah battery charges from 0 to 100% in less than two hours while my friend's Itel phone with less than 2000mah battery takes almost or even more than 4 hours to get juiced up.

The charger plays a role but the most important comes from the phone itself. A phone with quick charge will fill up faster than one without quick charge regardless of the battery size(to some extent).

It must have fast charging ability. My old tablet is 7500 mAh battery capacity. Its takes almost a day for it to charge 100% + I have to get a very good charger.

Not just charger, the phone must be equipped with quick charge and then use a charger with quick charge. If the phone doesn't have quick charge if u like use laptop charger to charge it, it won't make much difference instead u will be hurting the phone.

Ur s32 is not equipped with quick charge. The charger might come with high amperage like 1.8 or 2A snd will charge fast (if it's less than 1.8 then good luck), but not as fast as combination of a quick charger with phone equiped with quick charge (Snapdragon devices) or pump express (mtk devices) that can charge from 0-40% in just 20 mins.

What's the Amperage of ur charger? If its less than 1.8A then its going to be too slow for a 3,000mah battery. Maybe get a charger with 2A, that will improve charging time.
