Ebullience:
Ifitedunu community of Dunukofia local government of Anambra State has said it will make significant contribution to the purchase of President Muhammadu Buhari’s nomination form for his second term.

The traditional ruler of the community, Dr Emeka Ilouno stated this on Friday during the ground breaking ceremony of a federal government specialist skill acquisition center by the minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige.

The monarch said the community was ready to make financial contribution to Buhari’s second term as a gesture of their support, and to also have a stake in his government when he returns again.

“We will support the president for a second term because he is doing well. We only need that he tells us when he wants to buy the form,” Ilouno said.

The president general of the community, Chief Samuel Nweke said the community will support the president for a second term, while also saying that Anambra would be glad to donate the minister, Dr Ngige as a running mate of President Buhari in 2019.

Nweke said the community is delighted to donate the over 3,000 square metres of land to the federal government for the centre.

Reacting to the call, Dr Ngige praised the community for freely donating their land for the project, saying that the good thing about the project is that it was captured in 2017 budget, and also in that of 2018.

“What that means is that the funds for the project is already available. There is not fear of the project being abandoned. Federal government will construct this skill acquisition centre with maximum dispatch,”‎ he said.

The minister said the construction of the centre, which is also being constructed in other parts of the country would take care of the deficit in employment and ensure jobs for all category of persons.

Reacting to the endorsement of the president by the people of the community, Ngige reminded members of the community that the APC was one party that woos voters with projects and not money.

He said more project of the federal government will still be cited in Anambra state as a way to woo voters in 2019.

He called on the people to continue in their support for the president, while also assuring that the president would not disappoint them.

lol. i do believe in sarcasm very well. buhari and north must complete their 8years.

since their body has been itching to get power at all cost. they are untrained, and unintelligent to govern no nation. buhari have expose their hypocrisy and shows how unenlightened they are

2012 Oil Was $111.67, Fuel Price With Subsidy N65 & Without Subsidy N141

When Jonathan attempted to remove subsidy there was a nationwide protest from north and West.

and at the time price of petrol increased from 65 naira ($0.40; £0.26) per litre to at least 141 naira in filling stations, and a barrel of crude was $111.67.

Now a barrel of crude is $69 with subsidy at N145 and we are told without subsidy it might get to N200.

the question now is what if the oil price get to $111? Nigerians will buy fuel at N1000?

the Buhati government failed in all ramification. people like oshiomohle with big mouth and ugly face. we are not seeing them to condemn this government. including fashola who claimed that fuel price should come down when oil price falls.

dollars exchange shouldn't be excuse as the oil is going up, that means the dollars earnings should increase as well, and which should strengthened the naira against dollar.

in my book. i'm of the opinion that even if oil get back to $112, doller will not get to N180 again under this buhari.

We the youth should be more focused on fixing the country in no matter how little way ever....make sure you contribute your quota....Here is my quota read below : Anambra State as well would benefit from this not so costly concept.

I found out that everybody have contributed well enough.I have this to add on what I will do and anyone one could as well do that will help keep our society clean free of dirty and reduce blockage of our drainage.

Steps below :

Sourcing for the materials :

1 I will first go to your street and my streets and high highway sweep and bag as many sand/ dust by the road side as I can.
2 Go to the cannal and drainage, remove every pet bottle from coke to pepsi bottle as I can gather as well
3 Get my Mixer with tap, Cooker and Interlocking Stone Iron Mold ready

Production :
1 Fire the cooker readily
2 I will pour into the Mixer - Sand , then Powdered Pet Bottle , then sand again
3 The mixer will keep turning.
4 I will turn and turn the content of the mixer through the tap till it become uniform
5 Then Pour is slowly through the Tap at thebottom of the mixer to each Inter - locking stone Mold
6 This is a waste to wealth approach that any and everyone can do to keep our environment clean, free the drainage and as well Interlock our dusty street and stop blaming it on the government.
7 Note : You as well sell it or send details as a business proposal to any Local or state government im sure they will appreciate it.

There some other few ideas with time will share or you can mail me on kolapope2@gmail.com

that's not an excuse as the oil is going up the dollars earnings should increase which should as well strengthened the naira

Any strengthening of d naira to d dollar, will be a disadvantage to our diversifying economy.

And you think you are smart?

What was the dollar exchange rate as at that time and now?

Or don't you know that Nigeria imports the bulk of her petroleum products? Which means the landing cost of the product is hugely influenced by the exchange rate.

Is it not in this Buhari's government that dollar went so high? What are you even talking about?

Jonathan left dollar at 199 naira, Buhari came and took it to 530 naira and later brought it down to the current 360 naira.

As far as i am concerned Jonathan was a huge failure, Buhari is not yet a success, we are still watching him. He is trying but we cant clap for him yet. He needs to try more..
