Ex-APC Scribe, 3000 Others Defect To PDP In Delta A former Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Ughelli South President General of Umolo clan in Ughelli south, Engr S.U Akpe, alongside over 3,000 others have dumped the APC for the ruling Peoples Democratic Party in Ughelli South recently. Akpe who was the Secretary general of APC in Ughelli south announced his defection to the PDP at a PDP Ughelli South Meeting held with the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Peter Mrakpo at Jovi Garden over the weekend.
