If that is where your passion is, and that is the limit of your capital, & u understand the market, go to Lagos State Small Scale Industrial Estate at Fatai Atere Way, ask for the Ice Cream Factory, Request for their prices, cone & Ice cream, they may even arrange a bike for you, then hit the market u may try a good location near a tertiary institution. or a big motor park or nodal market like Oshodi (. With much more capital use a bus, & talk to Just Foods, they are suppliers to most of the 'fast foods' (Quick Service Restaurants) Equipment & Consumables Wish u the best of luck  |
