Nigerian troops on Operation LAFIYA DOLE in the ongoing Operation DEEP PUNCH II have been recording tremendous successes. Last night, Friday 5th January 2018, the gallant, courageous and brave troops dealt decisive blow on the Boko Haram terrorists by inflicting heavy casualty on them and capturing the following high calibre weapons and equipment from them.

brother, i just don't understand how shekau who is allegedly in that same forest missing, i'av always read reports here on nairaland on how shekau has be injured on several occasions from different air strikes. My question now is; if person wound too much the person no go die?.. But after awhile he surfaces again.. The only way to end this long lie and bring our gallant soldiers home is to find out who is behind boko haram because if you find their source and cut the supply they won't function. That's the only way...

The weapons were supplied to Boko Haram by our own Nigerian army officers. Look at the serial number on the guns.

Good news

Honestly I commend our soldiers and wish them victory in all wars/battle but if I may ask Boko Haram no dey die finish?
It saddens my heart to read about Boko Haram bombing in different states yet most times you hear our government telling us about their victory over BH all the time.
