the european university of lefke it's in cyprus but controlled by the turkish government, their tuition fees is quite lower compared to others, about 1.8m for an academic year for undergraduate program, also they have scholarship and tuition fee waivers. so if you want a cheap and fairly good school in europe, this should be your option.
