Bright Southerners with a degree and who are police college graduates like this guy are commisioned Inspectors and take donkey years to become ASP (Assistant SuPol), another decade to become DSP (Deputy SUPOl) but this guy is already a full SUPOL? FYI a SUPOL can run a divisional police station as a DPO.
