But Buhari can fight those small refinery in Niger delta instead of encouraging and regulating it to help local consumption. When you refine crude oil in Niger delta it's illegal but when you mine gold in zamfara the government looks the other ways. |

Did you not read about the arrest of illegal miners in Plataue, Niger or Kwara in 2017? |
