Go out often. Even if u have nowhere to go, just take a walk around ur street or go to a nearby football field where guys do train every evening, sit and watch them or u can even join them. TRY to stop watching or reading romance movies or books...Have one friend or girlfriend who visits u on daily basis. It won't be easy, but with time u will stop! Goodluck!! |
