happiness is one of the things we have no control over, although some might argue that happiness can be controlled, but it all boils down to the circumstance. for one who is facing love heartbreak or one that lost close relative it might be a difficult situation but the way out is the memory. if the memory can be forgotten it will be a starting point. but how can such memory go just like that?


let look at money for example, we need money every day of our life to live, pay bills, eat and buy a time out or other things. it will not be possible to deal with this type of memory, because its the challenge we faced everyday. buying things credit or begging others to feed or live. it can be unbearable situation and leads to depression.


happiness can only come from within, satisfaction, feeling fulfilled and ease of mind.

4. Go to stadium, you can watch live sports from any stadium. stadium is a socializing environment to meet all kind of people. and also fun to watch sports.

5. Have sex. This may sound a bit rude but sex is one of the best feel good activities, and you can have it without spending any money at all. Even the poorest people on earth can enjoy sex and feel happy without money.
