Senator Shehu Sani has reacted to a report on Friday that 7 APC governors have asked President Muhammadu Buhari to re-contest in the 2019 presidential elections.

Sani, also a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC representing Kaduna central in the Senate, was not to pleased about the development, pointing out that it was 'unfortunate' such a statement was coming at a time where 'mindless bloodletting' and 'carnage' was affecting the country.

He wrote on Twitter;

"Seven Governors in the Villa asking President Buhari to run at this material time when all hands should be on deck to advice or support him to end the mindless bloodletting & carnage in the country is most unfortunate."

I watched one video on Facebook, a street interview, an elderly man was asked about the current situation of the country and he said "you the young generation are to be blamed, you went to bring an old man that should be resting to come and rule us, ure seeing the results so don't complain"

what did his generation do? Stayed home afraid of military govt Hiding behind their children and wives
