The Lagos state police Command has assured Lagosians of peace and security of lives and property during the 2011 elections. There have been concerns in some quarters that certain elements are bent on causing a breakdown of law and order during the elections. The Commissioner of police in the state Marvel Akpoyibo told www.bigbonenews.net that all measures have been put in place to ensure that peace reigns in the centre of excellence come 2011.
