ARMED FORCES REMEMBRANCE DAY

They are Soldiers, they fight to create peace, they speak to give silence, they train to get fit, they kill to live, they live to kill, Confidence and respect is not sold in the World Trade Centre, it's earn by them. Who else could challenge in the face of death if not them, they do not see death as threat, it's an obstacle they'll cross so as to be a valiant compatriot whose name will never be washed away in the face of a million flood.

Their home is away, their toy is the gun. What else could be so exciting than to defend your Fatherland. Though it seems they have no future, but it's sure they give future, Not only that, but also hope. They suppress those who oppress, to impress the depressed.

Field they sleep, sea they sail, sky they fly, To tread on the wings of the octopus and give peace to our people. They will fight till they die, sail till they sink, fly till they crash to restore abnormalities to normalities. Three in one, they stand as one, and together; they shall build a great nation! God bless the Nigerian Army, Nigerian Navy and the Nigerian Airforce.

Happy Armed Forces Remembrance Day to our friends, sons, brothers & comrades who have chosen these services to humanity, I pray Allah SWT will continue to be your strength. Togetherness, you shall conquer. They will not die in the battle field, they will come home alive to their family and loved ones, if it is a must they pay the Supreme price, definitely, their names shall be written in the Guinness book of records as those who sacrifice their lives for others to live.
