The OP is correct on First, then Surname. But you can write your Surname first if you will remember to put a coma before your first name. Example: Asuming your first name is Sunday & surname is Johnson, it should be:
1. Mr. Sunday Johnson
2. Mr. Johnson, Sunday

Please take this very seriously as this can cause you something. If you remove the come above it becomes two different names.

is there any problem if your first name came first before your surname on ur primary school cert and Degree certificate, while the remaining certificates surname came first before the first name.
Example
MUSA abba bukar in FSCL & Bsc
while
ABBA musa bukar in SSCE and other certificates.
