I am 300 level ECONOMICS student of AMBROSE ALLI UNIVERSITY (AAU)..
Between the age of 20-21(i dnt even knw my real age lol)
I resumed school on the 14th day of this month at around 8pm(i deliberately choosed to come by night coz i dnt like pple seeing me and the loads of foodstuff i was carrying), meant my hostel under renovation and the works on my room was to start the next day(tiles work), i had no options than to stay d room opposite my room with the hope that by on the 15th the renovation on my room must have been completed...
The two days i spent in that room was hell, had no space to cook and i starved myself for 2days...
Finaly on the 16th, the renovation was completed and the land lady said i can pack in the next day(hell no) i felt i cant stay in that room again(the worms in my stomach were now feeding oo my intestines), i did the mopping that day and i packed in that same day... Had to look for sugar to smoke G4(garri) b4 i faint and the fear of ulcer(i hate that thing come back again)...
I tried calling my old man that i have gotten home and it was not going through, i called my manle it ranged but was not answered, i just gave up on calling them and went to tennis board opp my lodge to kill time...
Nepa brought their candle light and i discovered the connection i did was not suppying light to my ceilling fan and bulb so, i tried doing it again but when the thing shocked me(have u ever being by an eletricity b4 i mean nepa light not gen) i almost fell and i got myself injured...
I just left it, open my opera browser, logged on to nairaland.com checked my mention from gucciqueen38,kayo80, yungtemy(my padi) telling me about sars around ekp(shortened for ekpoma... but my volleyball teammates changed it to "e kan pain", read few stories from my followed topics(kayo80 like 6 stories, whizkidefe, gh0st, trip4jesus) left for sport section checked arsenal group, then to sexuality section(ashewo beer parlour) i love these sets of guys here just read and smile... By 1am i navigated my opera to ozilatales.com (ozila) read like 6 episodes of my favourite story "belinda" and slept by 3am inside heat like no man business...

trying to overcome my shy lifestyle has been one of my dream and utmost priority because it has caused me more harm than good... Sometimes i see myself getting nervous to do normal things people will do without any atom of shyness... I feel nervous To even wash my clothes self(haba)...
Flashback
Last semester i followed a DJ frnd to a graduation party and when it got to item 7(students pride), at first the food was shared smoothly, but it got to a time were everybody were dragging at my front just to get a take-away, i just sat down to the spot i was till the food got finished and everybody around me were holding one type of food or the other, i was just looking as they were bitting the hell out of the meat...
If i want to do things without getting nervous, i just buy 1 bottle of best(the 6h own), then collect like three to four bottles of heneiken and one parcel of weed(science student) "mind u i dnt smoke but i can mix weed with drinks or food", after taking all these, i am in another world with little shyness still in me...
The day my friends respected me was The day we went to a graduation party, me and D(name withheld) got extremely drunk, and D was misbehaving while i just sat down and they were hailing me by i was conteplating on how i was going to get to my hostel and enter my room withou them knowing i was drunk... I managed to get home that day and i went to my room straight, locked my door, fell on my bed, tried to sleep but it was'nt coming, when i tried turning my head, that was were the trouble started because i vommited on my bed plus my rug and my clothes and i was a little relief but drunkness was still in my blood... i managed to sleep around 12am woke 3am with an empty and crying stomach... Since that day i promised never to get my self into any "science student" drink again because i was not able to sleep my room for one week, i bought two airfreshner it did'nt work to my satisfaction...

This week has been a very bad week in the life Of AAU...
Barely two weeks after the death of a final year student of the department of computer science on fatal accident, another 200level computer science student was reported to have died on tuesday , paid school that very day slept and never woke up...
Another student of Education foundational management student(EFM) Died dis week and the department was suppose to mourn the death of their collegue on tuesday, unfortunately, on tuesday morning as at 8am a shuttle bus coveying students from school gate to a lecture hall inside school, had a break failure and another student of EFM died on the spot and many others injured...
That same tuesday, a student was said to have ran mad after smoking weed(science student in olamide's voice)...

This week classes has been kind of boring from ÊCO 301,303 TO 306, 308... Lecturing being teaching when nobody is understanding, then you ask a question, the man will belike "i know you will not understand because is not for yhur level" gosh...
Worst part of it is that these lecturers in my department, derive joy in reducing students exam scores and CGPA...

That was the sound out coming from my phone thursday morning riding on my leggedis benz from my house to my school... Shuttle drivers were not any where near the school due to the accident that happened on wednesday that claimed the of two students... I trust AAU student, if given a chance to express their greviances, the whole shuttle buses will be burnt beyond recongnition we love ALUTA...
Got to class few minutes before the lecturer(eco 307) though the course was an elective mathematical course i choosed to do it over eco 308 coz d klass is always boring compare to 307... After 307 klass, i had my 304 klass with my paddi them who came late, they are addict late comers, emma, samzie and wizzy...
Lemme tell you about my paddi's them...
EMMA (dhesthiny1 nairaland moniker), he was the first friend i knew when i resumed my 100l semester stays in the same hood and he is a terrible late comer(if he tells you i am koming by 8am, my broda wait for him around 9am LOLZ) he is very good in mathematics and accounting...
SAMZIE, met him on my second day in school, we talked and we became tight friends since that day, talkative, online addict and a very bad pastor's child....
WIZZY, knew him through samzie, warri igbo boy, pronzi chairman LOLZ... This boy like money pass certificate, stingy like APC government(this guy lock pure water for cupboard because he nor wan give us 3sachet), like women like PDP like corruption... And his village people can disturb him for africa...
304 came to an around 1hr later and emma asked us to follow him to a salon to have his hair cut which i honourably decline coz i was dead hungry...
Throught be told i have nt eaten since in morning of that day and the time was now 1:30pm wen i got home, laziness took over me and nting to eat, i had to visit my lodgemate before i ate that day...

Yesterday being the 19th day of febuary was matric, had a class at 9am, got to skul b4 10minutes to 9, meant my class rep to ask of any available text books...
The lecturer(ECO 306) came 5 minutes later, the class rep ran to meet him, told him 5persons were in class at of 400 persons offering the course(fat lie) just because every body wants to sobobo(enjoy and get yhur eyes dirty), we were kidda happy the class not holding and angry because we wasted transport money... We went home after my class rep came and told us the man was not coming (another fatter lie)...
Got home, had some kind of running and hungry stomach, nothing to eat and the guys matriculating in my lodge were nt helping matters at all...
At 4pm, i went to school to withdraw some cash but the queue was not encouraging, had to leave without withdrawing 5naira, collided with my logde mate, he asked if i was going and i answered with a yes, he gave me some meat and ingredient for pepper soup to keep for him... Got home, had a discussing with my hostel babes and mamas till 7pm waited for the matriculating to show up, they eventualy came by nine, brought some drinks( spirits and beer) plus the pepper soup, drank, ate and i was drunk...
Charged my phone, played music and chatted till 12, i later slept without knowing how and when it rain... Woke up late this morning prepared for class and the was and did'nt come , did some assignment...
WENT for the next class, the man came, taught something i was not even listening to, after one hour he left, the class rep came announced that classes for today was over, what a relief...
Got home, chatted for 2hours, surf nairaland and i had to look for trouble, yhu understand ni, nairaland E-trouble making is very sweet, if u think i am lying ask biacan, had to prepare for my volleyball training... See yhu guys later...

Monday 26th febuary, woke up very early, had my bath, forget breakfast, "na who get time to cook na im der cook"... For the first time in two weeks, i sat at the front row hn an ECO306 class(glory to God) the class went well, at 10:30, the class was over and i enjoyed every bit of class...
Trekked to sambisa for ECO303 class, the man came, i was at back seat so don't expert me to listen to anything(anytime i seat above 9 rows, just forget that class that day)... Left school at 1:40, had exam the next day being Tuesday 27 febuary,(don't think we have started exams, is just a 200level which Was to be rewritten due to linkage of the question before the exam)...
I had a client who i was to help in answering his question since it was a CBE(computer based exam) exam and he was to pay me 5k(for this buhari government, i der craze when i go reject dat kind offer)... We entered the hall at exactly 11, THE exam was going smoothly, but something was burning from my hall, the generator went off and the network followed, we had to stay for 30mins extra, hoping d issue(s) will be fixed but nothing happened...
We were asked to leave the hall and they told us the exam has been shifted to next week, the guy i was to help gave me 1k for transport based on say the matter nor come click as we plan am...
I had travel on thursday because my foodstuff has finished and i was fùckínk broke(like my account empty)... Had only 1k on me for transport...
Went to school around nine, had ECO304 and i submitted my assignment, bought my textbooks and i left school for my house...
Slept for 2hrs, woke around three, packed my cloths in my bag and i got dressed for nice trip home... Got to park and the bike that was suppose to carry was looking for one passenger to add and i was fréaking running out of time...
Fortunately for me and unfortunately for the bike man, a road construction truck that works in my place was passing and the motor boy was my friend, he saw me asked if i was going home and i said yes... I entered and we had a nice and fun filled trip to my base, saving me frm spending 1k on top transport...

You know that joy when you buy a new property and it almost got stolen , that's was how I felt when I bought my new tecno k9 phone and it was almost gone...
It happened on champions league match day between Real Madrid and juventus FC, the match ended around 9:30 and I was still desperate to go to night class that day because I have exam the next day been Thursday....
I was in company of my three friends (Emma Taiwo and Manny), when we got to poultry road, we saw a car following us from behind, we left the tarred road to the untarred side and the car was still coming to us, with the way the car was following us, we thought they were going to ask of direction or they knew one of us, the guy at the back asked us in a rude way "na where una der go this night"
We were like "what type of questions is that as different thoughts ran through our minds(if they were police men or thieves)"
The guy at the front seat came out and stood at the Car's door and was smiling like somebody that wants to impress a girl and in a cool and tempting way, he asked us where we were going, we wanted to answer but he was bringing a gun out, the guy that was close to them(Manny) saw it and took to his hills beckoning us to run that they were Thieves, we ran too till we got to school gate and when the security men saw us they were asking us why we were running, we told them our ordeal and they started questioning us like how the gun looks like (short or long) we just answered them and left to faculty of law where we to read,
After everything that happened within 15minutes, I couldn't read and I couldn't sleep too and I called to always go to night class between 7pm to 8pm....
