The Founder and General Overseer of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners Chapel, Bishop (Dr) David Oyedepo has said Nigeria needs true change to develop. Bishop Oyedepo, who is also the Chancellor of Covenant University (CU), has called for improved and aggressive funding of education.
