The Role:
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager and our Client Services team.

Responsibilities
Deployment
o Pre-deployment strategy & planning – This includes activities involved in preparing a campaign for launch such as kick-off meetings with Client Services and Sales leads, establishing your audience targeting and data strategy.
o Deployment - Launching marketing campaigns. Ensure all day to day activities within operations are well coordinated. Ensure thorough reconciliation and closure of projects within the stipulated timelines
Reporting & Insights
o Provide in-depth campaign reports and insights to Client Services, and Sales. Product Feedback

Requirements
o At least 2years projects execution experience in a marketing agency
o Strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights.
o Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, including knowledge of pivot tables.
o Attention to detail and precise data input is essential.

Position Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: N675,000.00 P.A
