Title: Operations Executive/Supervisor

Who are you?
As an Operations Executive, you are 100% responsible for the success of the Grass Root Retail Network Development & Management of our products, working side by side with Local Area Representatives. As such, reliability, diligence, teamwork and a strong drive to achieve the best performance possible are of the utmost importance.

The Role:
You will have allocated to a set of Local Area Representatives (LAR), whom you will manage for:
o Performance – acceptable and agreed targets
o Temperament – Right and work attitude as dictated by the nature of this project
o Efficiency and diligence in assignment
o Appearance for business conduct – in line with agreed and given rules of appearance for business conduct.


Responsibilities
Will oversee, coordinate and manage LAR’s, Vehicle Sales Man (VSM) and DTD activities in the field.
o Ensure LAR’s do not over push sell products that are not in focus in order to meet agreed daily target of focus brands so as to earn agreed compensation.
o Collate daily contact report and report same to the Project Coordinator.
o Ensure proper accountability of daily sales.
o MANAGE THE LARs TO MEET THEIR MONTHLY TARGET TO GAIN THE MAXIMUM MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS.

Requirements
o At least 2years sales and supervisory experience
o Attention to detail and precise data input is essential.

Additional Information
Remuneration: N675,000.00 P.A
