Job Salary Offer-could This Be True" by FRANCOBEN(m): 3:15pm On Jan 22, 2018
My younger brother came home today, and showed me an offer made to him by a Company(Name Withheld)..He passed through diffrent stages down to the final interview that was held in Lagos. He has 8 years experience working as a manager with top FMCG companies. But he has been out of job last year due to the economic recession.
This company offered him a manger role...on the following perks.
1.100k Per Month.
2.No any Allowance including 13th month nor Leave allowance.
3.No leave days....Must work from Monday to Saturday..8am to 5.30pm..
4.No Car or work tool...
5.No Medical Cover.
6.No benefit or insurance..

Please nairaland...I need serious advice for him as he still in my house...Do we still have such companies in this country, and the expect the person to be happy and produce Magic by improving KPIs....I think this wickedness....

Thanks.

If he doesn't have any job for now, he can manage it. Remember many are looking for same as well

Yes.He has one that pays a little above 150k..but it is In Abuja which transportation consumes a larger part due to the nature of the town..For me,I believe the above is pure slavery.
