this is how they came to a game shop in kaduna with a guy in handcuffs and arrested the shop owner for buying a stolen console. took him away and demanded he pay 40k bail without even entering the police station oooo. the guy fear for his life and made a mobile transfer to them and they released him. after retrospecting the entire event he then realized he was shaken down but in a country with a failed justice system he couldn't do anything about it.
