1. Directly overseeing the daily activities, workload and personnel/drivers of organizations
2. Serve as a point of contact between the company and the drivers
3. Supervising Drivers, allocating driver assignments, ensuring compliance with safety standard
4. Responsible for selecting the right vehicles and maintaining them in good operating condition so that the company can meet its objectives
5. Ensure that licenses are always up to date. maintain vehicle service and inspection records to ensure compliance with manufacturers' servicing schedules or companies’ maintenance requirements.
6. Manage driver activities, route and sending daily reports to the management
7. Can take advantage of telematics systems in vehicles that enable them to continuously monitor aspects of driver behavior, such as speeding, excessive braking and erratic driving
8. Good sense of thinking, good listening and communication skill.
9.Education and Training drivers on the latest rule and regulation of the company and motoring
