1. A former customer service rep says - The management handles all affairs appropriately, manages the staffs and makes sure we maintain policy and company standards

A current Corporate staff(Data and E-business) - Management should improve on network quality in some specific areas,communicate to their staff adequately as reward it staff in order to motivate them. PROs -The good thing about the company is that it is result oriented. CONS - The management of the company does not find out what staffs encounter with subcribers and subscribers have lost confidence in the network.
