1.How to publish your cover privately/publicly?

After you record, there are TWO buttons on the publish page that need you pay attention. 1) Publish Privately, if the button is gray it means your publish cover could be seen by everyone; if you don’t want others listen this cover you can slide the button which means you TURN ON Publish Privately. 2) Facebook icon, if the icon is bright, which means you cover will be shared on your Facebook, you can also TURN it OFF by tapping it ( change the color into gray)

2.The lyrics is not sync with karaoke?
Firstly, we are sorry for the inconvenience. You can write down the song name and singer send to us via email (support@sing.plus), leave a message on our official FB page or official site: www.sing.plus

3.Why I can’t download songs, it just stuck at 5%?
Firstly, please check your phone network and make sure it’s normal;
Secondly, if your network is normal please send your phone type and which Sing+ version you use to us me so that we can find out the problem and solve it.

4.Why I can’t download my cover on phone?
SingPlus is a free karaoke app. It’s not a music player. And we do not provide this service.

5.My vocal is not sync with background music?

After recording, you can can adjust it with vocal timing tool on preview page. You can also adjust your vocal volume and karaoke volume, of course you can add different sound effects here!

6.Why I can’t hear my voice after recording?
Headphones with mic are highly recommended while recording.

7.How to delete the song I’ve published?
