Can someone help me out with cost (estimate) of roofing (aluminium) a twin duplex. The roofing style is a simple one and spans 29m x 15m. 

I would like to know the cost estimates for the following:

- plastering the twin duplex. House plan covers 28m x 13m
- fencing (38m X 18m) with 2 gates.
- A reasonable good borehole

As regards the plastering, the building covers an areas of 28m x 13m, with a total wall length (up and down) of about 420m.

(2) The fencing with one gate will cost you 875.000
(3) The borehole depend on the area, in good area you count 120.000-145.000
(4) A good roofing with aluminium longspan 5.5mm will cost you 1,125.000 depend on the coloured

@ states, what i meant was, does the sum you spent cover just the aluminium sheets ALONE or does it include the carpentary/woodwork that carries the aluminium? Thanx.

Larimo,the carpentry work that carry the aluminium was(835.000)with labour,also depend on the type of wood you recomend to used for the roofing.

Without the completion of the roof frame work, which can either be a dorman or a gable, you wont know how many sheets of aluminum claddings you will be using. Heres the current selling price per sheet minus transporting cost. The carpenter shouldnt charge you beyond 150k or 200k. It will also depend if you want a gable or a dorman roof design. Gable is simple, plain and not so eye catching. Dorman is always complicated and comes in varying designs,

Long Span 4.5 gauge straight   #1100  per sq meter
Long Span 4.5 gauge step tiles #1400 per sq meter

After this, comes paying the aluminum guy who usually charge per sq ft.

Note, it will be suicide to walk into a sawmill to buy these large quantities of wood because they would end up giving you old woods theyve been looking for ways to throw away. Find a reliable wood supplier who will instead go directly to the farm and source good Ebura or Abara woods for you so you wont have to pay extra to treat them,

As regards the plastering, I suppose the person who built the house to its current level should have a very clear idea, you should task him with the quote.
