The student union president of Ebonyi state university, comrade Egbe Collins has been suspended.
This was contained in a senate resolution made available to the press yesterday which was signed by the relevant authorities of the university.

The student union leader was suspended on the grounds of heavy and weighty allegations of high-handedness, brutal attack of SUG official and crass display of disrespect for the Senate of the Univeristy.
Comrade Egbe Collins was also accused of mismanagement of the unions funds and apparatus and a reckless abuse of office.
A committed has been set up to deal with the issue and students of the university are advised to be law abiding and go about their lectures as usual.
