I recognize every great mind here ,therefore all protocol duly observed.

I have a project at hand which is to build a 1 storey duplex in a small portion of land.
i will update the size of the land as soon as possible.
My desire is to have a simple but quality house on this small land.
i have attached the type of house i have in mind but i do not know possible to build this type of house in Nigeria,as i do not see much of them around.
1.I will also like to know the cost implication of building this type of house-long run and short run.
2.Advantages and disadvantages.

The attached buildings are not sophisticated as you may thing, they are more of architectural aesthetic

Apart from the finishing aspect of the project to bring out the aesthetic as designed, the cost will be very moderate if a qualified professional is utilized

Since it is a small land portion the building area will be small thereby minimising the cost of tiling, roofing, concrete etc.al
