Then you should check out what ULTRA SOUND is building, I discovered the platform on twitter and what they are bringing to the music industry is quite different and from what they are proposing all the above could be either for free or for a little price (dunno yet).

The platform would be available for web access from February and the mobile application for the platform comes in March or so.

So they are receiving requests from artists who want to create their pre-launch profiles, so that they can upload their best songs for free then they will fix a price which is unknown for every upload.

These guys are dead serious and have gotten deals with upto 5 record labels who are willing to sign upcoming artists who are rated well from the platform.
