Now assuming you have 45 million and you buy a house of 40 million and maintenance issues arise, you have a slight tussle with government over ownership or the place you obtained has some kind of fault. Then you sell it for 20 million, because you didn't plan for hazards that come along with property acquisition.

Have you ever bought a land and then later found out that some part of the land is slanted or it's prone to erosion, then you have to strengthen the foundation, and you'll end up spending almost half the purchase price on it.

That's why wise sensible people wait till they're thrice as capable before purchasing any property because of hazards associated with it.

you buy a house of 20million. and furnish. get a 2millionaira suv.
even u can split the shares between two or three different companies.
remaining 8million may even go into getting a running business like super market etc.
You shouldn't rush to break it down in the hazardous way. u made risk 45%. When we all know every business goes with risk. And u also sounded like as if there other ways u or any HMs u are supporting can spend the money without encountering risk. Even on a normal day u know no one can spend all if it all he or she has got.
If teddy, cc or anyone said he can spend it all. U never can tell if they have more in their account or that's all they may have. After all, all the HMs have something seriously fetching cash for them if u watched them profile themselves some weeks ago. Bbn only gives u opportunity to fame and popularity. for the grand prize it must finish one day.
