Channels Television Updated January 27, 2018 The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has promised to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people, noting that the essence of government is to provide happiness, and it will not relent in its efforts to do so. “The essence of government is to bring happiness to the people and that is what we are doing. We are ensuring that all local government areas have access to the dividends of democracy”. He said this on Friday during the inspection of Key road projects in the state such as the Ogoni-Andoni-Opobo-Nkoro Unity road which according to him will be completed as soon as possible.
