EarthXmetahuman:Like he said, its the Igbo politicians that cry for Igbo presidency. An average Igbo man cares more of his business and family than politics. Once the government favours his business it doesn't matter who is in power 1 Like |

sarrki: Sentiments aside, the igbos will never lead Nigeria. For one, they are the least trusted of the major tribes because of the war plus their secession demands are not helping matters. Also, they are the most undiplomatic of the three tribes. Everything na fight. No one would want to deal with a group like that ever. 1 Like |

i am igbo. i furcking dont care who mans the presidency. good governance has nothing to do with tribe. if a furcking herdsman can climb presidency and perform optimally not properly, i am satisfied with him. i want quality of life not tribal presidency or an igbo man who would not do anything at all...shithole country and shithole mentality 4 Likes |

sarrki:Divide and Rule tactics has always been the weapon of the North against the South and the stupid south, out of their greed and selfishness will fall for it and the whole region will fall back to square zero...the East should not buy into this rubbish..let us stand united and speak with one voice for Nigeria to be restructured.. |

deeone10: I am dump so I will support him. * Power generation has hit over 7000MW in less than 3 years where billions of dollars were spent over the last decade with no significant results. * Rice importation has reduced by about 90%, shooting up the number of rice farmers to 12million from 6million a few years ago. * Return of respite and livelihood of millions of people in the NE. * Fixing road infrastructures across the country. * Paying out about 6billion monthly to almost 200,000 Nigerians via the Npower scheme. * Revamped 11 moribund fertilizer blending plants. * Implementation of the TSA saving Nigeria about 20 billion or more monthly. Cleaning up the payroll and rooting out over 20,000 ghost workers. * Diversification initiative which increased efficiency and performance of FIRS, JAMB, NCS etc. For instance, what JAMB earned in 2017 is more than 20 times what they earned between 2010 and 2014. Why? * Turning Agriculture and Solid Mineral sectors around to take their pride of place in driving the economy. These two sectors were key to our exiting recession. * And more.... Note that, the foregoing does not in any way imply that there hasn't been challenges, especially in terms security and job creation, however I think that there've been significant achievements, even in the face of loosing over 60% of its revenue generating capacity from oil. |

CoolAmbience: All these are paper achievements, how ve his administration helped the life of an average Nigerian. All this revenue were generated yet he is seeking to borrow, and the life of an average Nigerian is worse than it was before 2015 |

well i suppose it is only when there is a Nigeria in existence, and people living in it that we can talk about "Igbo Presidency". with the level of hate among different ethnic nationalities as witnessed here, the best thing is is will happen to this country is to send Bubu back to Daura. I don't mind a more democratic and detribalized northerner doing 8 years. as much as hope is restored across to he length and breadth of this nation. and a feel of belonging returns to all regions. |

we read the reply of the presidency to the love letter. ?1. have u seen the 7000Mw around your neighborhood? on the average I am given 8hrs of power per day (morning and night). ?2. have they made any capital investment in power sector? if yes point to the budgetary provision that supports same. all they boast of is various initiatives of last admin that are.maturing. so they inherit the goods, and blame them for those they lack (present government) competence to complete. ?3. 12m farmers? how did the figure come about? whose policy are they implementing? Adeshina's right? what has ogbeh brought on board. we are set and the third force movement will he massive!!! |

joker92: Just sit in your house and wait for government to come and help you. Tell me which government has helped all it citizens?? How long has this administration been?? Which revenue should not make them borrow? Didn't you read where I mentioned that Nigeria lost 60% of it's revenue generating capacity from oil? The savings from reduced imports, payroll sanitization, increased returns from FIRS, NCS etc, can only cushion the impact of fallen earnings, but cannot match it. I expected you to counter with facts, not just an empty biased clap back. |

He is right. "No group can produce a President for Nigeria without negotiations". But the Igbos are experts in insults, especially the IPOB louts on Nairaland. Let's see how insulting other Nigerians even billions of times can give you a President. |

DankemzI: I hardly comment in the Politics section but I want to quickly point out that Jonathan's own people betrayed him. Amaechi et. al. did him in so it will be wise not to rest your oars on these Judases. The PEOPLE have ALL the Power . We should join heads together, make our choice and stand with him. |
