Good day friends and families here. Pls I'm currently running my HND1 program (was admitted last yr) Chemical Engineering precisely. Before then, I equally applied for a federal university and it's admission I got this mid January to study same Chemical Engineering. Since then I've been battling if to abort the HND program and continue with the uni or vice versa. I've actually tried jamb for 3 times to get Uni, which finally, was a success. But considering...

- I'm 24yrs old this year.
- Still dependent on my parents for assistance
- most of my mates r through/or almost through
- I've already paid all fees and have done all necessary registration for the HND program
- I just heard the acceptance fee for the uni is about 45k

My parents have always wanted me to go to uni.


Guys please, help me out with the best advice you can give your son/brother/friend.

Pls, I've just about 24hr to male this decision

Note: I also applied for Direct Entry (DE). Admission is yet to be out. If DE works, I'll likely forfeit others and go for it. But for now, advice me on the two instances above HND1 continuing or Level 100 afresh...

Pls consider alot of things before dropping an advice. Environmental factors, Labor market, Nigeria as a whole.. .. Honestly I'm dumbfounded.

U already know dat Nigerian labour market unfairly favours uni over poly graduates n since u already gat Ur OND certificate n now u also gat a uni admission Wich Ur parents prefer so just go run d uni admission asap n also weneva dat DE comez thru den ensure u take dat too
