The federal government will in February implement Digital Switch Over (DSO) in Enugu and Osogbo in Osun State as government moves closer to meeting the new deadline to transit from analogue to digital terrestrial television (DTV) nationwide in line with the global shift by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) to digital transmission.
