In order for Nigeria to really move forward, curb curruption, develope infrastructures, better education and natural electoral reform, political office holders should be made to utilize public utilities.

In the west it is not uncommon to see a senator in the same train as a factory worker, neither their wards in same schools as fellow citizens.

The sense in it is that, if you use it, definitely you'd want it to be good (if not the best). Hence, if all these bloated, stinkingly rich, big-man poiticians know their children will attend govt owned Orogodo primary school say, he'll for sure let allocations for education fall in place and follow it up.

Light goes out any how any time cos most of them are 24/7 on gen. Even the NASS, Aso Rock etc. If the NASS is made subject to power outages without alternative for 1 wk, heads will roll in PHCN hence the developement of infrastructure via selfish interest.

It ought be a law in Nigeria for public office holders to use public utilities.

They seems to be conscienceless but, no, i don't totally agree cos if u kw the pressure put on them by family members, peers, society and what-have-yous' to do bad things all in the name of favour u'd not totally cast em out.
If we nw channel dat pressure into making dem do the right things it'll go a long way to building Nigeria.
