GENERAL MERCHANT NIGERIA has a combined experience of 7 years in the recruiting space and is looking out for customer care representatives with job entitlements as follows;

1. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

2. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.

3. Cancel or upgrade accounts.

4. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

5. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

6. Place or cancel orders.

7. Act as the company gatekeeper.

8. Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.

9. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
