You pass out excess salt through sweat ( prevents heart related issues)

Toxic substances processed by your kidney go out through that means,urine or your faeces

Using anything especially chemicals to retard a natural course would be harming yourself
Instead of sweating out all the nonsense,you block your sweat pores with those chemicals

Madam, simply post a link to research results to buttress your claim rather than making an ignorant post. Your simple knowledge of nutrition and dietics cannot suffice, you have to carry a thorough research to prove your assertion, otherwise what you're disseminating is complete fallacy.

As it is, the veracity of your claim is in doubt.
