Look for Dele Ashade English text books for JAMB, he wrote two of them. If you can lay your hands on them, you don't need any one again.

read this book pictured below...it will tell you how a 75 year old man who had 150 and a half cows and with no certificate was packaged and sold to a massive population of over 180 million which had doctors and professors from all spheres of life. It will go on to tell you how he swept the whole nation with his broom of recession and wind of propaganda. Its an interesting read.

If he is writing mathematics he should study integrated mathematics textbook.That book gave me 89 over 100 in mathematics jamb question back in 2011.The textbook is very concise and precise.

Chemistry : Ababio has no equal
Biology: college biology and essential for simplicity.
Physics: okeke
English : fundamental formula in English by barrister Oscar. That book is sweet to read.
Then kindly get lamlad for each subject. Especially lamlad physics and chemistry.
Need I tell you that their respective past questions are equally important?
If anyone reads these books well, he/she will get admitted into medicine

I'll recommend reading Abbabio for Chemistry, Okeke for Physics and Modern or Essential Biology and A-Z English Textbook by DELE ASHADE. That's for the Medicine guy tho.. If i knew the subject combo for the mass comm. person, maybe i would be able to help.

Meanwhile, to increase their chances of blasting JAMB UTME CBT 2018 a great deal, it will be advisable if they download and practise the questions at https://avalanchenigeria.com/download/jambcbt. It has all JAMB subjects and they can try out as many questions as they want immediately they finish reading a topic and so on. It will help them a lot and they'll eventually make you proud.

I wrote JAMB over a decade ago and was able to score 280+ even as an olodo thanks to the following textbooks.
1. Chemistry - Lamlard Chemistry (Still the best of the Lamlards Series. Still used it in my 100L to score 80+ in CHM 101 & 102.
2. Mathematics - Integrated Mathematics by Afolabi. Don't use Lamlard Mathematics. Its so scanty for me. Also it doesn't have enough practice questions.
3. Physics - A book similar to Integrated mathematics. I don't know if it's same author and publisher as integrated mathematics but the structure is the same. Don't rely on Lamlard physics. Same reason as for Lamlard mathematics
4. English Language - I didn't read and have never read for any English exam in my life. So I can't prescribe a good textbook. But I think my friends go about with 'invisible teacher and A1 in English' back them.
UTME is not hard. It only requires the right textbooks and good preparation. If any science student can get and practice with the first 3 textbooks I listed, He / She should be able to get above 220.
