This role will fit a young person with excellent organisation skills and some business acumen. The candidate does not have to be of technical discipline but some IT skill and an intuition for technical tasks will be of advantage.

This role will require someone with excellent writing skills and an ability to communicate effectively as report writing/critiquing and frequent communication will clients is a major part of the role. A major part of the role is based on achieving KPI’s such as responding to client emails promptly. The candidate will be expected to plan capture and track action items from communication with clients for every project. They will also be required to plan logistic arrangements for each project. They will be expected to contribute to the marketing team and help convert enquiries into service orders as well as manage the project from start to completion. Commitment to constantly improving the standards of work and processes within the company will be very important.

 Excellent administrative skills – understand the need to maintain documentation, ensure deliverables for each project is received and filed. Develop a relationship with Engineers that helps with accurate documentation for accounting .i.e. receipt collection and expense recording
 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Visio
 Familiarity with online project management tools –useful but can be taught to the right candidate
 Exposure to contracts or ability to review legal documents
 Ability to write up procedures
 Ideally Graduate Level but ability is more important
