I am saddened by this incident. The loss of lives anywhere around the world is something to grieve and symphasize about. But it is obvious my fellow Nairalanders here do not value a Hausa-Fulani lives. When a Fulani is killed people seem to be okay with that. But when suspected Fulani people kill everyone expresses outrage and rain abuses on the entire Hausa-Fulani race and their religion. This is unfair and pathetic!

Probably because the Fulani are often the aggressors. In many cases, they are the ones who instigate the violent attacks as some form of reprisal, against offences or misdemeanour committed by a few criminal elements in a community.

A cow is stolen, and Fulani killer herdsmen unleash mayhem, arson and violent attacks against a whole village or district, instead of reporting the case to law enforcement authorities and seeking for justice through legal means. One of their herdsmen gets injured and they unleash sorrow, tears and blood against innocent men, women and children in an entire community.

Their cows are banned from grazing and what do they do? They go on a killing spree, and set farms on fire! When other ethnic groups form militias to defend themselves or to retaliate, after waiting for the govt authorities to bring these killer herdsmen to book and nothing is done, the Fulani start to play the victim card alleging that thousands of their people and millions of their cows were killed. Abeg, na who be mumu??
