my small backup phone crashed one day and refused coming back on, I'll plug it to a charger and it'll show charging then just stop charging.

I initially thought it's a software crash issue, i abandoned the phone for some time , then I tried putting it back on recently, it switched on but switched off immediately.

I found someone using same Tecno Y2 and swapped batteries, shockingly, my phone came on, all the files intact, nothing crashed afterall, and my battery also powered the other person's phone perfectly.

i tried with another person, her battery worked on my phone too.

Now I took back my battery and put it back in my phone and it refused working on mine , not switching on or even charging.

What could be wrong? why is my battery working on other phones but not mine?

try changing your ba3,it myt be damaged,visit any carl care center for help.

i think your ba3 is faulty,try taking your device to carl care
