I’ve always wanted to go to Cartagena ever since a friend told me all about it when he attended a romance singles tour there. Luckily enough, I managed to get enough time off, and I’ll be going there with my girlfriend. We’re very excited about it, as this is the first time we’ll be going on an international trip together.
Regarding our transportation, we’re planning on renting a car, so that we can really take our time getting around. But I’m just not sure if foreigners are allowed to do it. Do I need additional requirements to rent a car in a foreign country? We’ll be staying for about two weeks. How much do you think it’ll cost all in all? Any suggestions who and where to contact?
