The silence and inaction of VP Osinbajo reminds of a quote from Dante's Divine Comedy "The hottest part in hell is reserved for those who choose to remain neutral in a time of moral crisis" 13 Likes |

americanson: Yet, Aisha, a Muslim wife is against her husband who's the President. So what's Osinbajo excuse? You mean to tell me that a senior pastor in RCCG and a SAN who'd preach about Esther, Elijah, David, and Joseph to the pew on Sunday would be scared to condemn the killings of christians because of his political career (or because he was warned). Shebi you guys say it is god that gives power? So is he saying if Christ was in his position, he'd keep quiet because someone warned him not to speak. Abi does he think if he contests against a core Fulani Islamist, the North would vote for him because he kept quiet when their henchmen were killing. You guys keep disgracing your ethnicity, religion, and philosophy; with absolutely despicable excuses. -Lord 22 Likes 1 Share |

ArcFresky: And Aisha is just a First Lady in Nigeria, yet she is openly condemning her husband. You guys should try another line. Atiku openly disagreed with OBJ for his third term ambition. Nobody is asking him to draft soldiers. Condemn the killings and pile pressure on the Presidency to arrest the killers. Why the f*ck is he the VP. And even if no VP in the history of mankind have ever openly chided the President, why can't he when he is a clergyman. "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." That's from the Bible you guys like to quote so readily. -Lord 19 Likes 1 Share |

Maybe his are not clean after all. I try not to pedestalize these thieving politicians and that way, I'm not utterly surprised when I see some their ignoble actions. Politics as they say is a dirty game. |

LordAdam16:Those who are killing themselves should stop. The VP don't need to speak or chide anyone before these political motivated killing will stop. The VP did not send anyone to go and kill. Nigerians are reaping the fruit of bitterness that occupies their hearts. Managing crisis situation is more than making useless comments and pushing the blame on anyone. If you are not satisfied with him as the VP, better tell your father to prepare for the 2019 election. 2 Likes |

Holding the VP responsible when thee is a governor, police IG, & president is ridiculous. You probably would like to hold him responsible for BH and ND militants. In my objective view, Osinbajo has been one of the most active VPs we've ever had, effectively holding the fort while Baba was away in London. Many Nigerians want a saviour who will fight their battles while they sit in the comfort of their homes. (how many people have confronted the governor of Benue to protest the killings) 3 Likes |

Our Dear VP forgot dat there is no Morality and sainthood in Nigerian politics. He has goofed big time. posterity will forever remember him for his inability to defend with the God given position the poor and the weak. What will be his defence to his silences as a VP in these whole saga when he eventually goes back to the class room . I predict today, that one day he will write a book on his ordeals as a VP. 2 Likes |
