Four armed robbers were shot dead today in Sapele by police officers.According to report,the robbers were robbing at some point at Amagiya by Orhiaki when police stormed the scene.During shootout with police,2 died on the spot while 2 others got seriously injured.The injured ones were rushed to hospital but later died in the hospital.During interrogation,they confessed that they are Sapele boys.According to them,their friends always come from Jesse to join them in their operations.

Sapele Na one of the most peaceful town for Delta State,wey be the pride of the State but for some time now,some groups of unscrupulous gangs don make Sapele an unbearable place to stay. Becos of the peaceful nature of Sapele,workers from Benin,Warri and neighboring places dey storm Sapele for shelter and from Sapele dem dey go deir place of work.
This morning,after our steam warning to the Nigeria Police Force and direct order from our Studio to shoot and kill any gang wey say peace nor go dey Sapele,Police spring into action,wen dem receive call say this Gang of Four (4) dey rob some where for Amagiya by Orhiaki. According to a police officer (name withheld) he say,the Boys open fire on Police,wen dem intercept them for the scene and deir hide out,so Police open fire back at them as two die instantly and the other two sustain serious injuries. When them try to rush the surviving ones go Hospital,dem come confess say,them be Sapele boys but deir friends dey come from Jesse dey come rob with them. Police recover Guns and other items from the thieves.
Na for Hospital nai the two injured ones for give up the ghost,as Doctors nor fit rescue them due to the place wey dem for injure.
Though our studio sympathize with the immediate family members,as we warn all other gangs to shun stealing and robbing or else dem go end up like these 4 dead thieves.
Sapele must regain its peaceful State for development to reach our hands.
