In Nigeria, if you loot, share some of loot, you will walk free. But if your greed made you not to share your loot, you will be disgraced like Bode George.
The above list is nothing compare to all the looting going on in and outside Nigeria. In fact, looting is a must if you must survive. I guess if Nigerian law is changed making all properties to belong to the Government, looting will to a large extent be reduced.
