It is no longer news that the climate has become unbearably hot that it could actually boil a water.

If you are not lucky enough to have a running Air conditioner all through the night or a running fan, you will end up soaking your own pillow and bed with sweats as a result of the heat.
Heat could cause dehydration which can lead to fainting or death, chickenpox, heat rash, and psychological stress.
